Privacy Notice
This deployment template is designed for South African SMMEs and includes tenant separation, audit records, company data export and deletion-request workflows. Before commercial launch, the platform operator must replace this template with legal terms that accurately describe the operator, hosting locations, subprocessors, retention periods, support contacts and POPIA responsibilities.
Data handled by the platform
Company profiles, user accounts, opportunity and tender information, uploaded documents, compliance metadata, contracts, billing records and AI-analysis metadata may be processed to provide the service.
Tenant separation
Company-owned business records are scoped by tenant identifier so authenticated users only access their own company workspace.
